REFUND POLICY
PAYMENT TERMS: Our services are billed on a subscription basis and are billed in advance. The service commences on the date that the client’s ad campaigns are activated, following the initial setup period.
INITIAL SETUP FEE: Our services require an initial, non-refundable setup fee. This setup fee is required to cover the costs of developing your customized content, software automations, and other preparatory work. This typically takes 7-10 days to complete.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be automatically charged the applicable amount using the payment method we have on file for you.
CANCELLATIONS: To cancel your subscription, please provide us with a written notice at least three (3) days prior to the end of your billing cycle. You can contact us via email or by using the contact form on our website to cancel your subscription.
NO REFUNDS: All fees are non-refundable. This includes the initial setup fee and the subscription fees for each month. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for months unused if you decide to stop using our services before the end of your subscription period. This no-refund policy applies at all times regardless of your usage of our services, the content we create on your behalf, or any other aspect of our service.
CHARGEBACKS: If you have a question about a charge on your credit card, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue. Unjustified credit card chargebacks may result in the termination of your subscription.
